Northrop have been responsible for assessing the impact of the new End of Trip facilities and retail upgrades on the base building tower NABERS Energy & Water ratings.
The team also assessed the feasibility of a cogeneration system as part of retail upgrades currently being underway, and potential utilisation for the whole site.
Amir has been working with the building management since 2004 on providing NABERS Energy & Water ratings, BEEC Submissions for mandatory disclosure requirements, developing and maintaining the Energy & Water management actions plans as part of the OEH reporting requirements for large users, and developed a site wide energy & water improvements report.
