This student accommodation project is part of Darling Square, Sydney’s newest and most connected inner city neighbourhood. There will be two new 20 and 22 storey towers connected by a link bridge at Darling Harbour on the SICEEP development site. The buildings will provide over 1200 student beds.
The site has some constraints, including an underground cable tunnel, trunk sewer runs and an adjacent rail corridor at the site boundary.
Having delivered several projects for Scape across all disciplines, Northrop has developed services specifications and solutions (like the Greenstar tool) that suit the unique operations of a long-term managed asset.
