Aline is a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience delivering a wide range of built‑form projects, including schools, hospitals, industrial warehouses, residential developments, senior living, and student accommodation. She led the civil design for the Highforest subdivision, a complex 10-hectare development that included housing lots, an apartment precinct, parks, internal roads, and utilities coordination.

Aline is currently a Group Manager at Northrop, leading a team of designers, drafters, and engineers. Throughout her career, she has focused on projects that shape communities and the places people connect with. A key example is Parramatta 5 & 7 (Parramatta Library), where she was the Lead Civil Engineer on this significant civic development.
Outside of work, Aline is an avid traveller, enjoys exploring new cultures and perspectives, and finds balance through yoga.
