Amanda Thomas
Amanda leads one of our structural drafting teams in Parramatta, bringing over 20 years of experience across commercial, residential and industrial projects.
Amanda’s career began in bridge and civil infrastructure drafting before expanding into warehouses, commercial developments, healthcare and residential projects. Passionate about people and culture, Amanda is the past chair of Northrop’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, advocating for an environment where everyone feels valued.
Amanda excels at mentoring junior drafters, streamlining processes, and setting high standards in project delivery.
Outside of work, Amanda finds balance as a certified yoga instructor with over 400 hours of training.
