Isabel brings a friendly and focused approach to forging meaningful client partnerships. Her ability to connect with people and build lasting partnerships sets her apart in the industry.
Isabel started with Northrop as a structural engineer in 2012 and leads project delivery across residential, commercial, and public sectors. Some of her standout projects include the Zurich Tower in North Sydney, Wonderland at Central Park and Scape Darling Square. She’s a champion of collaboration, believing that the best solutions emerge from strong teamwork and open dialogue.
She also sits on the structural leadership team, taking a national approach to major project pursuits, client relationships and new service offerings. She’s regularly up in Brisbane and is excited to be involved in our Olympics strategy.
Isabel is passionate about thoughtful design, practical solutions, and empowering the next generation of engineers. She is one of the co-founders of Tomorrow’s Women In Construction, an industry-led organisation that helps high-school girls understand their career options in construction through stories of real women, education, resources, and visibility: “You can’t be what you can’t see.”
