Jessica is an Associate and Chartered Professional Engineer leading our Hydraulic team in Canberra. With a sharp eye for technical detail and a passion for smart, integrated design, she’s known for bringing people together to solve complex challenges with creativity and clarity.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and is listed on the National Engineering Register. Jess began her career with Northrop in 2019 as a mechanical Engineer, before diving headfirst into hydraulics, leading the Canberra team since mid-2021.
With experience spanning education, healthcare, aged care, mixed-use, and heritage projects, she brings clarity and detail to everything from feasibility studies to complex roof drainage. A proud NAWIC ACT Committee Member and Secretary for 2025–2026, Jess balances work with weekend ski missions to beat the office speed record, late-night crochet sessions, or off on an adventure with her dog, Simba.
