Sebastian has over 15 years of experience leading structural and multidisciplinary projects across stadiums, hospitals, schools, prisons and community facilities.

Sebastian brings deep technical expertise in steel, reinforced and prestressed concrete design, lateral systems for tall buildings and complex structural forms. He has delivered key Olympic and Commonwealth Games venues, balancing technical excellence with the operational demands of global events, always focused on creating spaces that serve the wider community.

A strong advocate for the future of engineering, Sebastian actively contributes to the profession through Engineers Australia’s National Structural College Board and national Standards development.

Whether leading major projects or contributing to industry change, Seb brings the same energy and drive to everything he does, building better outcomes for people inside and outside the profession.

Sebastian is a part of Northrop’s Olympic Working Group as our Major Stadia lead, in this role he:

    – Connects venue, transport, public realm and utilities into one integrated delivery plan
    – Develops temporary works and overlays that keep events on program and safe.
    – Resolves constructability and cost issues early with government, contractors and consultants.
    – Applies digital coordination to streamline staging and delivery assurance.
