Pip Easling
Pip is a structural engineer and job manager passionate about projects that benefit the community. Since starting with Northrop as an undergrad in 2016, she’s become known for her energy, values-driven approach and ability to create collaborative environments that drive smart, sustainable outcomes.
Pip is a key contributor to Northrop’s environmental goals and sits on MECLA, helping lead the shift to lower-carbon construction. Her recent work includes contributions to health, education, and cultural projects, where she’s consistently delivered technically strong, environmentally responsible outcomes that are aligned with community purpose.
