Nicole’s passion for people-first engineering has been a constant since she joined Northrop in 2003. With over 20 years of experience, she thrives in the early stages of a project, working closely with clients to shape practical, future-focused solutions from feasibility to delivery.
A natural leader and forward thinker, Nicole led the way in establishing remote work at Northrop, proving that flexibility and productivity go hand in hand.
As an Associate, she’s dedicated to creating a more inclusive workplace. At her core, she’s all about driving positive impact through her work, team or time with family.
