Northrop was proud to partner with PDS Group to deliver an independent peer review of the electrical, hydraulic, wet fire, and mechanical services for Opera Residences, a prestigious 20-storey development featuring 104 luxury apartments and four premium retail and hospitality tenancies.
Project
Located on Sydney’s iconic Bennelong Point, this prestigious harbourside building made headlines by breaking Australia’s apartment price record twice in the same week (at the time of writing). With such a landmark location and premium market positioning, maintaining exceptional quality and consistency across every aspect of delivery was critical to the project’s success.
Delivery
Throughout the project, we maintained strong Principal and senior-level involvement to ensure consistent client support and the benefit of extensive industry expertise. Leveraging our multi-disciplinary capabilities, we delivered a coordinated and unified approach across peer reviews, off-site and on-site inspections, and technical reporting.
