Over the last decade, Ryan has contributed to various local government, residential, commercial and institutional developments, with a particular strength in subdivision and land release design. His collaborative approach and commitment to client relationships have shaped projects locally and abroad, having worked remotely for Northrop while living in Canada for seven years.

Ryan is passionate about delivering practical, sustainable outcomes while supporting his team through mentorship and cross-team collaboration. Outside of work, Ryan is a blues and rock piano player, an avid skier and is restoring a 1972 Toyota Celica — all while staying closely connected to Canada, where he still visits regularly.
