Northrop

James Sutherland is a Principal and the Melbourne manager for Northrop. James has been with Northrop for over 15 years, and has over 20 years of experience as a structural engineer. He has held management responsibilities in our Sydney and Wollongong offices and has recently taken up the role as the Melbourne manager.

James’ ability to quickly problem solve whilst always maintaining focus on the client’s needs and working closely with our clients, is where he adds the most value. The ability to collaborate and work with others to achieve a quality project outcome, and a quality business is what keeps James motivated as an engineer at Northrop.
