Pip Easling
Pip commenced her career with Northrops in 2016 as an undergraduate engineer while undertaking her tertiary studies. Upon her graduation from the University of Technology, where she obtained a bachelor’s in civil engineering with honours, she began her career as a graduate structural engineer.
Over the years, Pip has become an essential component of the Sydney structural team, where she is dedicated to developing her design skills across a variety of industries and projects. She enjoys utilising her problem-solving and interpersonal skills to work directly with clients to achieve effective and innovative solutions to design issues. In addition to her day-to-day role, Pip helps facilitate technical development within the structural section by coordinating specialised training with internal and external industry speakers. Pip is also actively involved in Northrop’s commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030, by developing tools to track and minimise carbon content of materials.
