With more than 15 years of experience in structural and bridge engineering, Richard leads Northrop’s bridge team as a Group Manager. He brings deep expertise and a practical approach to delivering resilient solutions across the infrastructure, residential, and commercial sectors.
Richard is recognised for his approachable and collaborative style and ability to provide integrated designs that stand the test of time. He is particularly strong in navigating technical challenges and balancing the needs of clients and the community. Outside of work, Richard enjoys camping adventures with his young family.
