As our core service, we provide consulting and documentation services from concept design through to construction. We can performance specify, fully document, or even partner with architects to help them develop their own detailing and provide third party certification.

Most buildings require a performance solution, particularly to address junctions and interfaces between different facade systems, to satisfy Part F of the NCC. Our team can provide this alongside best-practice detailing to improve the watertightness of your building and mitigate damage and unhealthy conditions, informed by lessons learnt from our remedial team.

Mould growth is a huge problem, especially for our homes and hospitals. We help you understand and mitigate potential for mould growth from our years of experience as well as tools such as WUFI, which simulates long-term weathering cycles.

We provide Regulated Designs for buildings that fall under the DBPA. We can either provide this through full documentation at CC stage, or work with your subcontractors to incorporate their designs into our declaration.
