De-risking multi-venue precincts

• Coordinates venue/transport/public-realm/utility touchpoints so design, temporary works, access and event overlay operate as one plan.

• Leads structural solutions and temporary works that maintain operations (rail/bus possessions, spectator flows, brownfield constraints).

• Stage-gate reviews, safety-in-design facilitation, independent design/peer reviews aligned to client governance.

• Works with transport agencies, councils, venue operators and contractors to close issues early and keep the program safe.

Josh is well known for his expertise in designing long-span and lightweight structures, having been involved in the design of numerous stadia throughout Australia and abroad. He’s passionate about delivering amazing sporting facilities for his local teams and community up in Brisbane.

His experience extends from small architectural projects to significant residential, hotel, industrial, commercial, health, retail, educational, aviation, defence and large high-rise public projects. He is highly experienced in the design of steel and precast buildings, and can bring this expertise to projects of any scale.

Clients benefit from Josh’s technical expertise, relentless client-focused approach and ability to develop lasting and robust long-term relationships. This has been reflected in his projects receiving industry recognition and awards from his peers for engineering excellence and design standards.
