As a Chartered Engineer and Group Manager, Martin leads Northrop’s Project Verification service offering in Sydney and excels in managing large-scale infrastructure, high-rise, airport and urban development projects from initial feasibility through to successful delivery and handover. He is deeply committed to collaboration and producing work that stands the test of time, while also fostering the professional growth of his team.

Passionate about giving back to the community, he actively seeks opportunities to contribute his expertise and make a positive impact beyond the workplace. Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young son, often exploring the outdoors or relaxing at home together.
