Foxwell State Secondary College
After the success of Foxwell State Secondary College Stage 1 which saw the works completed in time for the start of the 2020 school year, Northrop were engaged again to provide structural engineering services and work in partnership with the FKG team for Stage 2 of the new school located at Coomera.
Nearing completion with a total construction value of $35 million, Foxwell State Secondary College Stage 2 consists of a new four storey senior learning precinct, a state-of-the-art kinesiology centre and a new two storey performing arts centre.
As with Stage 1, Northrop brought a strong appreciation of value and buildability to the FKG team and worked collaboratively to achieve documentation within a restricted timeframe to successfully complete this project.
