Over the last 5 years Northrop have partnered with Ingenia on a number of projects along the east coast. We have collaborated with their development team to deliver exceptional manufactured home estates with modern facilities and functional accessibility for the community. The combined efforts bring to life Ingenia’s vision for their residents whilst minimising impacts on the environment with sustainable practises at the forefront of design.

Archers Run is a lakeside resort style land lease community located in the heart of Morisset. Morisset is flagged as a location in the Lake Macquarie Councils South West Growth Area with Significant potential for urban growth and is the region’s most exciting renewal.
Archers Run will consist of over 600 Home sites with associated road, drainage networks and caravan storage, with Northrop being currently responsible for the delivery of stage 3-6 and associated clubhouses. The existing Lake Serentiy, situated within the center of the site, has been made the center piece of the overall design and will provide a tranquil water front feature for residents, with a proposed boardwalk/pathway circulating the perimeter to let residents get close to the water.
A Wellness Clubhouse with indoor pool, amenities Beauty and massage room, Pilates, gym and space for yoga. A Social Clubhouse with Lounge, cafe and kitchen, Outdoor pool and entertaining area, Private dining room and residents’ bar, Craft and breakout space, Cinema, library and games room. A Sports & Leisure Hub with bowling green and pickleball, games lounge and bar, Outdoor entertaining area.

Archer’s Run is being delivered in several stages, with residents already moving into Stages 1 and 2. Stages 3 to 6 and the associated clubhouse are currently under construction and are expected to be completed by the end of the year. Northrop and Ingenia are currently finalising the remaining stages to bring the project to completion.

Archer’s Run is a wellness-focused lifestyle resort, with a core emphasis on residents’ well-being and an active way of life. Its close proximity to entertainment precincts, dining experiences, public transport, and the M1 Motorway makes Morisset a prime location for growth, offering affordable and diverse lifestyle options.
