Northrop is proud to partner with Stockland in delivering Springfield Rise, a landmark master-planned community in South-East Queensland. Our role as lead consultant and principal engineer highlights our expertise in large-scale residential developments. Through strong collaboration with stakeholders, we ensure seamless project execution, from feasibility studies to detailed design and construction oversight, delivering high-quality infrastructure that meets the growing needs of the community.

Project

Springfield Rise is a premier residential development, set to establish new benchmarks in urban planning and sustainability. Northrop is engaged in the detailed design and delivery of Villages 16, 17 & 18, comprising approximately 1,600 residential lots, education and community facilities, and public open spaces. Our scope also includes the design and coordination of critical trunk infrastructure, such as a sewer pump station, to support long-term growth.

Delivery

Northrop is leading the design, documentation, approvals, construction administration, and superintendency services for The Crossing at Springfield Rise. As principal engineer, we coordinate multiple design disciplines to ensure a fully integrated and efficient development. Our services extend beyond traditional civil engineering, incorporating feasibility studies, commercial assessments, and infrastructure agreement negotiations to optimise shared trunk infrastructure costs.
By leveraging our extensive experience in large-scale residential projects, we provide innovative solutions that align with Stockland’s vision for sustainable, high-quality urban communities. Our team’s expertise in managing infrastructure challenges, such as sewer pump station design and trunk service coordination, ensures a resilient and future-proof development.
