Northrop partnered with FDC Constructions and Hyundai to deliver the reconstruction of a high-quality 30,000 sqm warehouse adjacent to Eastern Creek Raceway in Western Sydney.
Project
After the original structure collapsed during a hailstorm, the team worked collaboratively to rebuild a facility that not only restored functionality but significantly improved resilience against future extreme weather events.
Delivery
Working within a tight timeframe, we utilised the original design and retained the existing structure wherever possible, enhancing it to be several times stronger while ensuring the building remained fully operational and hail-resistant.
