This affordable housing development in Nowra was designed to provide a comfortable, inclusive living environment while strengthening community connection. The project blends thoughtful architecture with practical engineering to deliver homes that are functional, durable and easy to live in. Delivery

Northrop provided civil and structural engineering across all stages, working closely with Edmiston Jones and the wider team to align design intent with site conditions and delivery requirements. Our civil work covered site planning, servicing, stormwater management and grading to ensure the development operates smoothly. Structurally, we focused on efficient, buildable systems that balance durability, performance and value for money.
Clear communication and timely coordination were central to our approach. By offering practical advice as the design evolved, we supported well‑coordinated documentation and a straightforward construction process.
