Dubbo Base Hospital provides acute medical services to Central NSW. This multi storey building accommodates a regional teaching hospital including operating theatres, a maternity department, CSSD and isolation rooms
Throughout the design process our team considered the strict requirements of NSW Health Infrastructure including the engineering services and sustainable development guidelines (TS11) and other applicable guidelines. Due to the remote location of the hospital, special attention was given to component and material selection to ensure ease of accessibility for ongoing operation and maintenance.
