Huhtamaki Warehouse
This 12,000 metres squared industrial warehouse for Huhtamaki Packaging at Wayne Goss Drive Berrinba was designed to meet the client's specific needs.
The integration of the site design into the existing shape and fall of the site presented a particular challenge in achieving the requirements of the Q100 flow management strategy. Northrop’s ability to accurately understand these constraints at the development application phase ensured that a design solution became a ‘plug and play’ process when preparing the detailed design documentation.
This early design problem solving ensured that all other consultants were able to progress their designs without significant redesign, ensuring the project design was completed to program.
