Northrop

Rooty Hill RSL is undergoing major renovations to respond to the growing demand in the area. Northrop have been providing engineering services to support the design of two additional levels of carparking, a suspended walkway and alterations and additions to the existing club.

Keeping the club operational throughout construction was priority. Our team had to pay special attention to the engineering provided to work around the club’s needs, particularly with reference to the outdoor smoking terrace.

Northrop liaised closely with the Builder, FDC to get the most economical solution for the RSL.  The project is due for completion in mid 2016.
