Mulpha Norwest’s newest premium housing development ‘Essentia’ will consist of 33 residential land lots and 74 townhouses situated on approximately 6.96ha in Sydney’s north-west Hills Shire.
Northrop was engaged to provide Project Management, Civil Engineering and Sustainability services, delivering on each stage from master planning and approval, through to detailed design and construction.
The site presented a number of challenges, including a major riparian corridor plus steep slope. Significant consultation with authorities and the Architectural team was undertaken with built form and complex grading used to resolve the issues.
Our engineering solutions transformed the site and responded to both the client and authority requirements to ensure an efficient approval process and maximise the yield. The success of the project has led to other significant opportunities with Mulpha Norwest.
