Phoenix Transport
Purpose built, this 9,500 metres squared of industrial warehouse for Pioneer Transport at Kellar Street Berrinba was designed to meet the specific needs of their operation. It required a detailed understanding of how they typically operate their heavy vehicle parcel logistics business.
The fall across the site in its pre-development state presented a challenge in accommodating a large building footprint with a tied in trucking hardstand and manoeuvring area.
The civil design for these challenging elements resulted in a functional outcome that met the requirements of the development approval, which the client has been extremely satisfied with.
