23A-29 Fairway Drive, Kellyville
Mulpha Norwest sought the development of a premium residential subdivision, comprising 32 oversized land lots and 70 integrated townhouse lots. The goal was to capitalise on the success of its upmarket neighbour – the Bella Vista Waters development.
We based our design for the subdivision on Sydney Water’s revitalisation of Stranger’s Creek and sought to integrate natural elements of the surrounding area into the development.
Fairway Drive runs along the extent of the site, and we collaborated closely with Council to ensure our road upgrade would satisfy its planning goals.
Northrop worked closely with the architect and client to achieve their vision of a community built on the banks of the creek. It required coordination with the adjoining Department of Education site and the Bella Vista Waters subdivision while maintaining the environmental integrity of Stranger’s Creek.
